After retiring from the Fire & Rescue Service, I felt drawn to QEC as It seemed that having spent thirty years 'being there' for people on what was often the worst days of their lives, that it would be rewarding to continue with that theme by helping people achieve meaningful change in their lives. My philosophy as a QEC therapist is to create a safe space for people to change their lives or manage unresolved trauma.

I have a lifelong interest in human development and the spiritual journey, in particular the relevance of ancient texts to the ordinary life. I have gained a Divinity BD and trained in pastoral and clinical counselling. I have a passionate interest in the work of Frank Lake, clinical Theology and the 16th century mystic St John of the Cross.

From a background of academic and cultural poverty, I have found a clarity and simplicity with QEC that opens the door of abundance on all levels to many who may think that inner freedom is beyond their reach.
