Refund policy

The following is our general refund and cancellation policy on courses and training programmes:

If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund less 10% service charge.

If you cancel your booking between 30 days and 14 days of the start date of the course, you will be refunded 50% of the total price that you paid on checkout. There will be no service charge.

If you cancel within 14 days of the start date, or after the course has started, no refund will be allowed.

If you decide to leave the course, for whatever reason, you will not be entitled to a refund. However, if the reason is beyond your control, we will consider your circumstances and see if we can offer a resolution that might work for you. However, this is at the discretion of QEC Ltd.

In the extremely unlikely event that you are asked to leave the training by QEC Ltd. and/or Dr Melanie Salmon for whatever reason, we agree to reimburse you for half of the amount of the total you have paid for this particular course.
