    Bringing me home.

    Having trained as a QEC practitioner in 2018, I can only say the time since has been transformational in bringing me home to me, to reconnect with health, peace, contentedness and ease that I had lost along the way.

    QEC has gently opened my eyes and awareness to my own trauma, blocks, patterns and limiting beliefs that were holding me back from living life as I deserve.

    I work one to one, in person and on Zoom. Sessions are client led and paced but the results, shifts and changes can be felt immediately.
