Beyond our wildest dreams! Our first QEC residential training

Wiston Lodge, a charming Victorian lodge set in the Scottish countryside between Glasgow and Edinburgh was host to our very first QEC residential workshop in September 2019 (19 – 22).

31 participants were supported by myself and team of 10 assistants over the 5 day course. Immersed in nature amongst acres of farmland, forests and hills, the groups immediately bonded and worked together comfortably.   Unlike other trainings, this was residential. Staying together made it easy to keep distractions at bay, allowing each person to remain totally focused on their own self-healing process.

“The most wonderful, enlightening, challenging and heartfelt experience. Simply blown away by QEC.”

– Catriona Davis (participant).

From day one, I felt the total embrace and enthusiasm for QEC by the group, who shared openly and respectfully received one-another. I had the honour of witnessed some remarkable, life-changing work happening in this sacred space.

In addition, we offered early morning and evening events for the group to enjoy, from Yoga and Qigong to TRE and a very special evening of Scottish song, dance and laughter. We really had such a wonderful time together!

Overall, the 5-day residential experience was a great success. So much so, that we booked another two before we left Scotland! In March 2020 (17 – 23), we will return to Wiston Lodge for a 5-day ‘Introduction to Gestalt’ residential and then later on in June 2020 (23 – 29), our second QEC training.

A huge THANK YOU to goes to all those who assisted me in making this a truly memorable and successful training experience. This message of thanks extends to the wonderful staff at Wiston Lodge for their friendliness, flexibility, and attention to dietary requirements. Their delicious and nutritious home-cooked foods kept our bodies nourished as well as our minds during the stay.
